May is Mental Health Awareness Month The 5 C's of mental health are a framework for fostering well-being, including Coping, Care, Connection, Compassion and Community. These five elements help individuals build resilience, reduce stress, and improve their overall quality of life. Each day this week there has been activities for students and staff to participate in at lunch. And one of the big ones is decorating hand prints. Come check out our helping hands community flower garden in the MPR room on Friday!
