📱 Two-Way Communication is HERE!
We’re excited to introduce Rooms, our new two-way communication feature for Wilbur Creston Schools! 🐾💙
Rooms gives parents and guardians a simple, secure way to stay connected with their student’s teachers and classrooms—all while keeping the school information you already rely on in one convenient place.
📱 In the Wilbur-Creston Cooperative Schools App, you’ll still find:
• School announcements & updates
• School and athletic events
• Wilbur & Creston breakfast and lunch menus
• Important documents and resources
• PLUS—Rooms for classroom communication!
💬 With Rooms, parents and guardians can receive classroom updates, announcements, and privately message their student’s teachers directly through the app.
Invitations were sent to parents and guardians yesterday, so be sure to check your email or text messages for your invitation to get connected!
🌐 Prefer to use a computer? You can access Rooms right from our district website, too! Visit our website and click SIGN IN in the upper-right corner, as shown in the graphic below.

Wilbur and Creston School Districts Families,
We’re excited to announce that Wilbur and Creston School Districts are launching Rooms, a new way for families to connect directly with their child’s teachers, coaches, and school staff, all within the Wilbur and Creston School Districts app.
Starting October 2nd, Rooms will become the go-to place for classroom updates, one-on-one conversations, and group messages. This allows us to give you one secure place to stay informed and connected to the Wilbur AND Creston School Districts. From messages to educators, to events, to lunch menus, and more - everything can now live in one place.
Why Rooms?
One place for every message. No more juggling multiple communication apps, flipping between inboxes, or remembering different logins.
Text notifications. You’ll get notified automatically of new messages even if you haven’t downloaded our district app.
Safe and secure. Built-in moderation and other safety tools allow us to ensure safety of all communications, at all times.
What to Expect:
Rooms will become our primary method for all communication between staff, coaches, families, and teachers.
Rooms will be live and ready for messaging with educators on October 2nd.
We’re excited to bring our communication into one clear, connected experience for you.
Families will automatically begin receiving messages once the platform launches. You’ll be able to view and respond to messages right from your mobile phone - through the Wilbur and Creston School Districts app or mobile web.
Please visit our webpage to view more information about our new Rooms App: https://www.wcsd.wednet.edu/page/rooms-two-way-communication-app-for-families
