WCK Volleyball Senior Spotlight - - #7 Callie Cousins
"I’ve been playing volleyball since 4th grade, and from the very beginning, I knew it was something I wanted to do. From the first time I touched the ball, I knew it was something special. Over the years, the sport has become a huge part of who I am. It’s taught me how to work hard, stay focused, and lean on others when things get tough. Being part of a team has shown me the value of trust, communication, and friendship. Volleyball has given me more than just wins and losses—it’s given me confidence, growth, and memories I’ll carry with me long after high school. I’m so grateful for every teammate who pushed me, every coach who believed in me, and every moment that reminded me why I fell in love with this game in the first place. As I move on to the next chapter, I’ll always hold onto the lessons, the laughter, the memories, and the love I found on the court."
Good luck lady Cats as you head to Wellpinit today!!

📊 Fun Fact: What Is RPI and how is it calculated?
RPI stands for Rating Percentage Index, a system used to help rank teams for state seeding.
It’s based on three key factors:
WP (Winning Percentage): Total wins ÷ total games played.
OWP (Opponents’ Winning Percentage): The average winning percentage of all your opponents.
OOWP (Opponents’ Opponents’ Winning Percentage): The average winning percentage of your opponents’ opponents.
RPI = (40% × WP) + (40% × OWP) + (20% × OOWP)
💙 Let’s keep the Wildcat momentum rolling all week long — on the court, on the field, and in the stands! 🐾
