Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please see the attached information regarding the Healthy Youth Survey 2025. The survey will be administered on October 9th to all students in grades 6–12.
The survey is completely anonymous, and students may choose to skip any questions they are not comfortable answering. The data collected will be combined with responses from students across Lincoln County to help identify the greatest needs for youth services and resources in our community.
Copies of the informational materials are available in the high school, junior high, and elementary offices in the Wilbur and Creston Schools.
If you do not want your student to participate, please contact the school office your child attends by 8:00 a.m. on October 9th to have your student added to the opt-out list.

We are excited to continue this event and celebrate with your kids! Grandparents Day is all about honoring those who make a difference in your child's life, grandparents or that someone special is invited to come celebrate! Even though you will pay at the door, please still call Lindsay at the Wilbur Elementary office to RSVP at 647-2221.
More information will be sent home with your children next week.

We’re exploring the idea of starting an after school music club for students, and we’re looking for an adult that would like to help make it happen.
If you—or someone you know—would be interested in guiding this group, please reach out to Wilbur High School for more details.

**No JV tonight due to numbers for Wellpinit JV**
